AJG2H — PREORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

AJG2H ARCHIVE COLLECTION / DROP 001 is offered as a preorder, with full payment collected when you place your order. Orders are scheduled to ship December 4, 2026.

You can cancel your preorder and receive a full refund at any time before the order ships. To cancel, email nachiwest@gmail.com with your name and order number. We will confirm cancellation and refund to the original payment method. Once the package has shipped, the 14-day return policy applies instead.

If we cannot dispatch by December 4, 2026, we will notify you, provide a revised shipping date, and offer you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

We do not offer automatic recurring subscriptions for this collection. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy. Questions: nachiwest@gmail.com.
