AJG2H — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PREORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
AJG2H ARCHIVE COLLECTION / DROP 001 items are made to order. Preorders are scheduled to ship on December 4, 2026. You may cancel your preorder for a full refund any time before it ships. Email nachiwest@gmail.com with your order number to request cancellation.

14-DAY RETURNS
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with any attached tags. To request a return, email nachiwest@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not mail an item before receiving return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or we made an error. If we shipped the wrong item or an item arrived defective, contact us with photos and we will work to resolve it at no additional return-shipping cost to you. After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days; your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. Exchanges depend on available stock.

PREORDER DELAYS
If we cannot ship by December 4, 2026, we will contact affected customers with an updated shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
